I've been sick all weekend so this is going to be short. Take Seattle and lay the points. If you don't want to bet Seattle -10, then I recommend a 6.5 point teaser with Seattle and the Over. The over is currently at 43, so you'd have Seattle -3.5 and over 36.5. Good Luck
